KUMEN GYOZA PARTY 2019/12/21
Hello everyone, I am Shogo, who is representative of KUMEN. KUMEN is a group to make people happy or to be needed by people.
I am Japanese, but moved to Malaysia and working here now. This blog is for the people who want to enjoy in Malaysia.
We have many many things such as tour guide service, babysitter service, party information, and so on here.

Total 13 people came to my house and spent time together. I was so happy because I could have great time with all of you.
Party started from 11A.M. and last 5 P.M.
Everyone stayed longer than I expected, and everyone looked so tired after party.lol
They did good job and enjoyed well, so have to be tired yeah!!
I prepared Gyoza and Okonomiyaki (gyoza is kind of appetizer, so I made Okonomiyaki as well)alone... Next time, I want you to do together ( I will provide you something like beer)
I explained how to make Gyoza. then my job was done.After that, everyone did so great job without me.
Some of you had just met at the time, but became friends soon. I was so happy for that.
None of us (including Japanese) has made Gyoza skin, so it must have been good experience.
Handmade gyoza skin is softer than selling at supermarket, so it was difficult but so fun.
There were big one, small one, Syumai, and so on.
Since we made too much, everyone got the skill to do it. (Please make it again at your house.)
I wanted everyone know Gyoza has many style to eat.
We made deep fried, fried, boiling, steamed Gyoza.
I was concentrating on cooking, so not many pictures...
It's worst that I didn't take any pictures cooked Gyoza.haha

Its not everyone, but yeah they did take many pictures. Next time, I have to take picture with everyone.
After that, we talked, eating ice cream(someone brought), drinking, and so on.
Everyone looked happy, so Shogo was happy too!!
Next event is going to be on 2020 January. Takoyaki party will be held at my house.
